In the study of teacher's psychology,job satisfaction,organizational commitment,work attitude and organizational citizenship behavior have long been the subject of much attention.However,relevant researches have found that psychological empowerment can better predict employee's working attitude and behavior,and also can promote staff's psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior.The concept of psychological empowerment originated from the study of empowerment theory.Psychological empowerment theory is a hot spot in recent years.There are few researches on the theory of mental empowerment and it focuses on enterprises,universities and primary and secondary schools.In this study,the kindergarten teachers 'psychological empowerment should be explored in depth and the inner structure and their interrelationships should be explored.This study is the first to explore the relationship between teachers' psychological empowerment and psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior from the perspective of kindergarten teachers Relationship research.Research purposes: The purpose of this study includes the following three aspects:(1)to understand the relationship between kindergarten teachers' psychological empowerment,psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior,to study the relationship between the three.(2)The introduction of psychological contract as an intermediary variable to explore the relationship between the psychological authority and organizational citizenship behavior.(3)Put forward some effective suggestions in the above research,and provide some new ideas and methods for the preschool educational administration,the management of kindergarten institutions and the psychological construction of kindergarten teachers themselves.Research methods:(1)The use of literature combing method,sorting out the structural characteristics of teachers' psychological empowerment.(2)Semi-structured interviews were conducted to clarify the connotation and structure of preschool teachers 'psychological empowerment,provide reference for the preparationof questionnaire,and prepare preschool teachers' psychological empowerment questionnaire.(3)The questionnaire was formally released,and the multivariate statistical method was used to analyze the data after the data was collected.(4)Analyze the correlation between preschool teachers' psychological empowerment,psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Self-designed preschool teachers' psychological empowerment questionnaire,and the questionnaire has good reliability;(2)there is a significant difference between preschool teachers' psychological empowerment and demographic variables;(3)there is a significant difference between preschool teacher's organizational citizenship behavior and demographic variables;(4)preschool teacher's psychological empowerment,psychological contract,organizational citizenship There is a significant positive correlation between behaviors.(5)Psychological contract of preschool teachers has some mediating effects in psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior.
