Nowadays universities face a range of pressures and challenges. It can't meet the new situation requires for the development of universities only to using the traditional management methods. our universities need to change the single student management mode urgently. By introducing the concept of psychological contract, this paper want to using a more gentle way to make up for deficiency of system management. It will achieve the management to students in the process of teacher-student's interaction and put a positive impact on this process.Psychological contract, as an area of organizational behavior study, was introduced into Management field in the 1960s. Researcher used this concept to emphasize the implicit, informal and undisclosed mutual expectation and understanding between employees and organizations except the provision of the formal economic contract between them. With the international environment changes in the 1980s, the economic transforms and enterprises changes as a result. Psychological contract again aroused the academe's notice and enthusiastic discussion. However, academic circle differs on the understanding of the source of this concept, therefore, the school debate, which was triggered from this research field exists up to the present. This paper considers the research on psychological contract all should be based on the bidirectional visual angle, it could make the true sense of psychological contract theory get a long-term development.The paper first elaborate on the redefinition of Psychological Contract and differences among schools. Based on the previous research, this thesis provides the definition of Psychological Contract between teachers and students, and generalize its' content and characteristic. Depend on this, this paper introduces the influence factor to structure the Psychological Contract between teachers and students, and expound its' structure process.For the Psychological Contract between teachers and students breach and violation phenomena occurs, the article follows other scholars about the Psychological Contract research model, and describes three factors to push the breach and violation of Psychological Contract with the actual situation of university. Meanwhile, the student's behaviors after they feel to be violated to the contract are summed for four types of reaction.Finally, be based on the application of psychological contract perspective, the article makes several suggestions on the management of college students:emphasis on effective communica-tion between teachers and students; improve the capacity of psychological suggestion; fully express their expectations to students; adjust contract terms timely; deal with the breach and violation of contract promptly. This paper is used for university administrators utilizing psychological contract to provide a new way for student management.
