The Comparative Study On Youth Football Training System Between China And Germany

On February 2015,The Football Reform Plan was published,which proposed to achieve a substantial growth of youth football participants.That would need a promotion on the youth training system.Currently,an effective youth training system is strongly needed in the development of Chinese football.The national football team of Germany held the championship in the FIFA World Cup 2014,after they had become a-three-time semi-finalist in the previous 4 games.Such achievement was a result of a 10-year continuing progress on complementing the youth training system.The young footballers training system of Germany consists of a scientific training philosophy and coach training system,as well as an advanced youth training program.Literature study,mathematical statistics,interview and comparative research are used in the thesis to compare and analyze the differences of football youth training system between China and Germany.The analysis unveils inferior of Chinese young footballers' training system and its gap to German system relating to training philosophy,teenager and coach training system,and whether to introduce an independent third party's evaluation and supervision.The scientific philosophy of youth training system in Germany is based on interest,aimed at a comprehensive development on teenager footballers,which increased the youth football population cardinal number;German training system not only aims to increase young player's physical strength,but also teaches them football philosophy.Such philosophy and practice have been rooted in all training centers,elite schools and football club's reserve teams nationwide.Young footballers are classified into different levels according to their quality and potentiality.Associated training programs are developed to fit the different level,as well as related competitions nationwide;To increase the number and ratio of professional youth training coaches was achieved by coach training revolution and the final last,to introduce third party evaluation institution to make an assessment and monitoring on the development effect of youth training system.The disunited training philosophy of China football youth training system is unduly heading for a quick success on competitive level.The related training program changed from football specific schools to campus football training,although,the former had worked well once,it never reached a combination of the education and training.A well equipped classification training system was without a targeted training program.As well as a coach training system with no specific training courses on youth training.The invalid youth training system is the major obstacle of the development and popularity of Chinese football.Thus,a learning should be made on youth training system from China to Germany to promote the overall lever of youth training,and to build a foundation of football popularity and performance.
