The Application And Research Of Alumni Resources In Ideological And Political Education

On 7th and 8th Dec,the national ideological and political work conference was held in Beijing.General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech.He pointed out,to deliver a good performance in the universities' ideological and political work,we need to adjust working measures accordingly to different fact,time and situation.We ought to follow the rules of ideological and political work,education and the law of students' growth,improve our working competence continuously.In the process of enhancing and developing the university students' ideological and political education,development is always accompanied with greater challenge.University carries the mission of fostering talents for the society.Therefore,universities have an abundant alumni resource,whose life experiences are good examples for the university students to learn from.The alumni resource has significant influence on the development of universities on the aspect of education reform and strengthening teaching staff,promoting the combination of production,teaching and research,enhancing students' employment and business startups.Furthermore,to the university students' ideological and political education,alumni is also an important resource.This thesis has four chapters and makes analysis as follows: Firstly,it states the purpose and significance,research status,research idea,writing method and innovation of this research project.Secondly,it summarizes the effect of ideological and political education resource and alumni resource to the universities' ideological and political education,which includes the theory of ideological and political education resource,scientific connotation of universities' alumni resource,and the effect of alumni resource to the universities' ideological and political education.Thirdly,by questionnaire and interview survey,it summarizes and analyzes the problems and reasons of the effect that universities' alumni resource plays in the university students' ideological and political education.Finally,by survey,analysis and practice experience,it purposes the countermeasures,suggestions and supporting measures to the application of alumni resource in the university students' ideological and political education,so as to carry out the spirit of General Sectary Xi Jinping's speech on universities' ideological and political education under the new era,explore regularity and improve the working competence.Taking the alumni resource into the university students' ideological and political education is in accord with the spirit of “adjust to the situation”.It is a new teaching material of ideological and political education in accord with the modern discourse system.It applies vivid language or colorful activities,uses the university students' liked discourse system to affect the objective behavior of the ideological and political education.It can grasp the modern university students' ideological trends accurately,carry out work creatively,so as to realize the purpose of staying close to reality,life and the students,improve the pertinence,effectiveness of ideological and political education,enhance the attraction and infectivity continuously.
