Study On The Development And Utilization Of College Alumni Resources

College Alumni has been generated at the moment when the College was born.As asocial group, the College Alumni is composed of all student and staff in Colleges andUniversities and others who willing to be as College alumni. It is now generally recognizedUniversity Alumni in Universities and Colleges is a very valuable talent, intellectual, human,information, educationnal, material, spiritual resources, from the perspective of resourcesutilization. Because the College alumni plays an important role, so the University should paymore attention to the Alumni resources development and utilization. The concrete works ofalumni resource development and utilization will be reflected in the daily works of AlumniAssociation, in other words, the fundamental task of Alumni office is to develop and utilizethe Alumni resources. Alumni resources development and utilization should not bedisorderly, but should be established based on mutual need of Alumni and University. On thebasis of the psychological feeling of alumni to the mother college and University, it is anemotion project that the Alumni and the mother College and University will benefit eachother. As a non-governmental organization, its vitality lies in the activity, emotioncommunication which worked under the way of service. In order to develop and utilize thealumni resource, achieving the purpose of benefit from each other, it should find theexisting problem, and solve in time,at the principle of alumni works. The study,from a largenumber of relevant practice and theoretical research,draw lessons from the successfulexperiences at home and abroad, based on psychology, pedagogy, management science,sociology and other disciplines, and there lasted theory, systematic ally expounded thepremise, core, base, purpose and meaning of alumni works, which define related concepts,fix actually the position of the relationship between University and Alumni, Association andAlumni, University and Alumni Association.
