The Relationship Of Among Special Education Teachers Emotional Labor,Coping Strategies And Occupation Labor | | Posted on:2018-10-24 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Z X Dong | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2347330512983936 | Subject:Special Education | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In this study,we investigate the emotional labor,coping strategies and occupational stress of special education teachers in the light of the real life environment,The study of coping strategies comes from the know the relation between the emotional labor and occupational stress,It play an important role to relieve the pressure of special teachers.There are 360 special teachers in Shandong were selected to be investigated in this research with the Emotional Labor Scale and Coping strategies scale and Occupational Stress Scale to know the relationship between the occupation labor and coping strategies and occupational stress.According to the statistics of the data,the results showed:(1)The main effect of gender of surface behavior is significant.The main effect of gender of passive behavior is significant.The main effect of gender of positive strategy is significant.The main effect of gender of active behavior and occupation stress is not significant.(2)The main effect of title of surface behavior is significant.The main effect of title of passive behavior is significant.The main effect of title of negative strategy is significant.The main effect of title of occupation labor is not significant.(3)There are significant negative correlation between the AP and the total score of occupation labor.There are significant positive correlation between the surface behavior and the total score of occupation labor.There are significant negative correlation between the AP E and professional development pressure.There are significant negative correlation between the passive behavior and social and school evaluation pressure.There are significant positive correlation between the surface behavior and social and school evaluation pressure.(4)There are significant negative correlation between the WMO and positive strategy.There are significant negative correlation between the WSSO r and positive strategy.We find that the SW labor can well predict negative strategy and positive strategy.(5)The occupational stress has direct affection on emotional labor and also the coping strategies has indirect affection on emotional labor.Coping strategies had mediated effect between emotional labor and occupational stress.Positive strategy had partial mediated effectbetween active behavior and passive behavior. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Emotional Labor, Coping Strategies, Occupation Stress, Mediator, Special Education Teachers | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
