OBJECTIVE: To study the changes of motor behavior and its related regulatory factors in mice exposed to natural cryogenic freezing rain and snow environment, and to provide experimental evidence for how to carry out job protection in this extreme environment.METHODS: Eight-week-old healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups: the control group, the exercise control group, the natural cryogenic rain and snow environment Under the quiet experimental group and exercise experimental group, each group of 10.The exercise group and the quiet experimental group were exposed to cryogenic freezing rain and snow environment for 1 hour.Exercise group and exercise control group in the exposed 1,3,5,7 days to do the screen and racks experiment,2,4,6 days to do hanging tail test. The rats in the exercise group and the exercise control group were sacrificed and sacrificed after the last experiment. The whole brain and skeletal muscle of each group were collected. The activity of ACh E and the activity of brain ACh E and IL-16 in brain were measured.RESULTS:(1)Mice behavioral response results:(1)Inverted screen test: The experimental group was shorter than the exercise control group and had a longer fall time at 5 days and the shortest time at 7 days. The exercise control group increased the time on 3,5 and 7 days.(2)Coat Hanger test:Compared with the exercise control group, the experimental score of the exercise group was small and the score increased at 5 days, and the 7-day fraction decreased.(3)Hanging tail test: Compared with the exercise control group, the exercise group struggled for a short time and decreased with the increase in exposure days.(4)Exhaustive swimming experiment: compared with the exercise control group, exercise group 1 minute swimming speed is larger but shorter swimming time.(2)The relevant regulatory factors:(1)effect of organ ACh E activity : compared with the quiet control group, exercise control group skeletal muscle ACh E activity decreased;compared with the quiet experimental group, exercise group skeletal muscle ACh E activity decreased.(2)ACh E activity in mice brain:Compared with the quiet control group, the ACh E activity was higher in the exercise control group and the quiet experimental group;Compared with exercise control group,ACh E activity was lower in exercise group;Compared with the quiet experimental group, the activity of ACh E in the experimental group was lower.(3)The content of IL-16 in the brain:Compared with the quiet control group, the content of IL-16 in the brain of exercise control group was lower;Compared with exercise control group, the content of IL-16 in brain was lower in exercise group;Compared with the quiet group, the content of IL-16 in the brain of exercise group was lower.CONCLUSION:1.Motion behavior response:cryogenic freezing rain and snow environment weakened the movement of mice, decreased coordination, decreased emotional response, and frozen environment will make the energy of the reserve material into heat to maintain a constant body temperature,so decreased exercise endurance.2.Regulation of regulatory factors : The effect of cryopreservation and freezing environment on ACh E activity of skeletal muscle in mice was not obvious, and exhaustive exercise decreased the activity of ACh E in skeletal muscle of mice. The cryogenic freezing, rain and snow freezing environment reduced the ACh content of excitatory neurotransmitters in mice, the depression of mice, and the involvement of acetylcholine in the brain in the development of central motor fatigue. In any environment, exhaustive exercise can reduce the content of IL-16 in the brain of mice, and the immune function of mice is decreased, but the decrease of cryopreservation is more obvious.
