In December 2016,the National Ideological and Political Work conference was held in Beijing.CCP General Secretary Xi Jinping attended the conference and delivered a key speech,calling for continuously hard work and new progress in ideological and political education.Also,suggestions on developing specific and measurable educational strategies and targets were put forward for future work in the speech.With great foresight and being practical,Xi's remarks are constructive and positive,also profound and long-lasting.Following these calls will be crucial to educational reforms,and the construction of new mode will be the basic outlet of resolve realistic predicament of ideological and political education in Chinese Colleges.Above all,this study takes the two-way interaction between teachers and students as a breakthrough and constructs a new education mode,in order to enhance the efficiency of ideological and political education in universities.The Introduction part mainly expounds the background,significance and the approach of this study.And an overview of relevant studies by other researchers is also included in this part.On the basis of absorbing the existing studies and researches,this dissertation determines its own research emphasis and framework.Furthermore,this study gave out the definition of the concept of ideological and political education,revealed the shortage of the traditional mode,and elaborated on the importance and necessity of constructing the Two-Way Interactive Mode.In order to avoid the shackles of monotonous research perspective,this research comprehensively absorb the latest achievements of inter-subjectivity theory,social interaction theory and communication theory for constructing the new mode to improve the efficiency of ideological and political education.Moreover,this paper put forward the implementary principles,analyzed the specific process and main characteristics of the mode elements in detail.Last,this paper gave out suggestions on how to make mutual interaction between teachers and students to enhance the operability and feasibility of the two-way interactive mode of ideological and political education in Chinese colleges.
