Research On The Supply-side Reform Of Senior High Schools' Law Education

Senior high schools' law education plays an important role in the whole secondary education.It directly determines the depth of the law education,the height of the law thinking cultivation,the specific effect of the law's development in China.Coinciding with the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th proposed to "set the law education curriculumins in primary and secondary schools",the Ministry of Education issued the "Teenagers' law Education Outline",the schools should reflect and reconstruct the law education.But now senior high schools' law education is difficult to meet the society and students'needs,and it is difficult to play the original effects.Therefore,It is of great significance to improving the senior high schools' law education from the supply side,improving the quality of teenagers' rule of law literacy,and promoting the construction of the rule of law.This paper begins with fully analysis of the domestic and foreign related research,then clarifies the core concepts such as the rule of law,law education and the supply side reform of the law education.On the basis of these,this paper first traces the high schools' law education developments since the reform and opening up.According to the difference of the law education's focus,this paper divides it into two stages:the legal norms education and the law consciousness education.Then this paper analyzes the logic of the supply-side reform of the law education in senior high schools and expounds the value of the law education's supply-side reform from the perspective of the law education itself,high school students' growth and rule of state construction.This provides the theoretical support for the research.Secondly,based on the special status of the law education in senior high school,this paper,from rule by law and the growth of students this two levels,analyses the necessity of law education reform in Senior High Schools,makes the task clear and clarifies the direction about the supply side reform.Then,combined with the current situations of the law education in Shanghai's senior high schools and the contents about law education of the ideological and political textbooks,from supply contents,supply subjects,supply ways,supply platforms,supply environment,and the supply effects,finds out the problems and the shortcomings of the law education in senior high school and analyses the causes from the two dimensions of internal and external reasons.Finally,In order to break through the bottle-neck of high school law education,this paper puts forward the basic principles and ways of the supply side reform of law education in senior high schools.This paper tries to construct the blueprint of the senior high schools' law education supply side reform from five aspects,including reforming the content supply,expanding the supply subjects,innovating the supply ways,improving the supply security system,constructing the supply external environment.The author hopes that through this paper can provide reference for the senior high schools'law education in supply side reform and maximize the effectiveness of the law education in senior high schools.
