Study On Supply Of Public Sports Service In Ruralareas Of Qinhuangdao City Under The Background Of Supply-side Structural Reform

In 2015,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed “supply-side reform”,which is based on industrial structure,appropriately expanding demand,optimizing industrial structure,stimulating the supply side,comprehensively improving the efficiency of the supply side,adjusting the industrial structure,comprehensively improving social productivity,and promoting economic development..Although the current world economic development is increasingly declining,the Chinese economy has gradually entered a period of stable development.Deeply understanding the current economic development trend,optimizing and renovating the current industrial structure,continuously improving the supply-side system,innovating the national economy to take off,and promoting the accelerated reform of the national economy and industrial restructuring have become an important prerequisite for deepening economic theory and optimizing policy design.However,as far as the current practice in China is concerned,the rural public sports service also presents an obvious contradiction between supply and demand,so that rural sports work has always stagnated.This paper comprehensively uses the literature data method,field investigation method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to study the rural public sports service supply in Qinhuangdao City with the background of supply-side structural reform.This paper mainly introduces the supply and demand situation of rural sports service in China under the premise of deepening the supply side structure innovation based on the questionnaire survey method,and combines the supply side reform theory,the law of supply and demand,and the research results of public sports service to the rural area of Qinhuangdao.As an analysis case,it analyzes the development of rural public sports in China under the background of supply-side reform,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement in combination with the actual state of rural public sports in Qinhuangdao.Through field investigation,this paper finds that the basic situation of rural public sports development is: the purchasing power of the government's public sports services is constantly improving,but the supply and demand are not balanced,and rural villagers are not very satisfied with public sports services.At the same time,thedemand for such services continues to increase,but regional differences are also large,and there is a proportional relationship with the level of regional economic development.The specific performance is that compared with the economically underdeveloped rural areas,the supply and demand of sports services in the more developed rural areas are larger;the supply order of public sports services is top-down,and the overall utilization rate is not high,and management is not in place;Continuous updating and optimization,but the operating system has stagnated,resulting in severe restrictions on the overall development of public sports services,such as backward security systems and incomplete demand expression systems;villagers like to participate in a variety of spontaneous activities,but the government provides The form of sports activities is relatively simple,and the implementation of related activities is poor.Based on the development background of the supply-side reform era,this paper proposes the following measures to improve the public sports service level in combination with the rural situation in Qinhuangdao: researching public opinion,balancing supply and demand,making villagers feel more satisfied with public sports;accelerating rural development Economy,shorten the economic gap between different regions;create a highly specialized service management system,strengthen the comprehensive utilization of venue equipment;focus on the needs of villagers,create a stable operation of sports service processes;establish a variety of sports organizations,guide villagers to actively carry out sports Interaction,promote the gradual improvement of sports service level;create a perfect sports service guarantee system,so that villagers fully enjoy the public sports rights.By adjusting the supply structure of public sports services,the quality of rural public sports services in Qinhuangdao City will be improved.
