The core problem of the incentive mechanism of high school teachers in Qingshan District,Baotou to solve the current high school education is the integration of existing resources through the system,the system construction of incentive system and ecological environment in Qingshan District with education of high school teachers,and keep and improve the initiative,teachers teaching enthusiasm and creativity,improve their teaching performance to promote and enhance the level of quality education in senior high school.Study on the applied stage of compulsory education and higher education teachers incentive mode are the existing incentive mechanism of senior high school teachers,the principles and Countermeasures of high school teachers incentive equivalent mostly qualitative research,mostly focused on the analysis of the external incentive mechanism,from the local high school special education ecological environment.Because of the economic and social causes of the complex,the traditional knowledge oriented standard of examination oriented education is the mainstream,the current high school teachers incentive mechanism of utility decline,high-quality high school education resources can not meet the needs of the people,the modern citizen quality education has not accumulated to the implementation phase of the overall transformation,to achieve a high level of popularization of high school education go15.In view of this,explore and perfect the Qingshan District of Baotou city high school teachers is the key to perfect incentive mechanism,follow the education management rules and incentive theory,to integrate the existing educational resources,and the existing high school teachers incentive system rises to the level of mechanism,implementation of teacher incentive activities scientific and systematic unity,so as to effectively enhance the teaching the performance of high school teachers’ education,construct the high school teachers of this particular occupation group human resource management model and better realize the social function of the contemporary high school education.The author believes that the research on the incentive mechanism can’t Qingshan District high school teachers in Baotou City,just stay at the surface of the core strategy,is to solve the incentive system of local teachers structure,systematic and scientific issues,to integrate the existing incentive system specification and make up to the above mechanism,realize the teachers’ scientific and systematic incentive activities unity.In this study,the high school teachers in Qingshan District of Baotou as the research object,using literature,questionnaire survey and other methods to study the status quo.According to the hierarchy of needs theory and two factor analysis group to Qingshan District high school teachers incentive incentive theory,three dimensions to study in Qingshan District of current high school teachers incentive mechanism,incentive compensation from Qingshan District teachers working and living environment incentive and occupation development,the current problems and causes analysis of the incentive mechanism,put forward the basic the principles and ways to improve the efficiency,explore the scientific teacher incentive system standard.In accordance with the principles of education,teacher based,dynamic,systematic and targeted,according to the development strategy and the development goals of high school,the system integration and improvement.First of all,to improve the teachers’ education work performance and strengthen the construction of teachers in senior high school as the core value pursuit to improve the incentive mechanism;secondly,system integration and development of occupation high school teachers salary,working environment incentive,development incentive to strengthen the occupation ability;thirdly,to construct and perfect legal system of teachers incentive mechanism,occupation development,optimization environmental compensation and structure combination,long-term mechanism to consolidate the foundation;finally,build a high school teacher education and teaching work of "third party" evaluation mechanism,improve the incentive mechanism of performance evaluation and feedback system.In a word,the combination of education of ecological environment in Baotou City Qingshan District high school,according to enhance the teaching quality of high school education and college entrance examination system reform reality driven requirements,according to the constructivism and the theory of mechanism design to construct and perfect the incentive mechanism of senior high school teachers should seriously consider is current education managers.
