The advanced occupation education have been improved gradually and played animportant role in the occupation education system, which conveyed a large number ofhigh qualified technology applied talented people for China’s production, service andmanagement of first line through the reformation and exploratory in the past twentyyears. As China’s reform and opening-up process accelerated and the developing ofsocio-economic, the demand to senior technical talents is increasing in the recentyears, all levels of governments give a high degree of concern to develop advancedvocational education and developing higher vocational education has become animportant part of education reform.Research study excitation mechanism of advanced occupation colleges has twosides of function. At one side, it can help occupation college find ways to mobilizestudents’ study enthusiasm and guide students’ learning behavior in the right direction.For another, it can help advanced occupation colleges know the needs of students andreflect the situation on the construction of schools in teaching, course setting, teachingequipment investment, construction of campus culture, and many other conditions andfind the reason why learning enthusiasm is not high from the perspective of school tosupply reference material to the management of advanced occupation colleges.This research was starting from pedagogy, psychology and many other areas oftheoretical departure, through a large number of collections, collations and analysis tothe existing research results, current situation of study excitation mechanism for fouradvanced occupation colleges in Shenyang city was enquired and researched based onempirical research, and existed problems and related influencing factors wereobjectively analyzed. Specific recommendations and measures were presented fromfour levels school, home, social and personal according to the function of eachincentive factor to contribute to the improvement of the quality of advancedoccupation colleges’ talents.
