To vocational education, there are two most urgent problems being solved: strengthening Higher Vocational College Teachers' construction and management, and improving the overall level of teachers. In order to construct the teacher evaluation system, which should be in accord with the education and the growth of teachers, guide clearly, have clear guide, scientific standard and perfect system, the state actively promote the work of teachers' excitation mechanism. Private Vocational College, as a very special one, also gradually introduced the concept of teachers' excitation mechanism to better stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers and make their work more scientific and deeply.According to that, the article has done a more deeply study into excitation mechanism about the private college's teachers.The article has adopted questionnaire methods that have analyzed teachers 'satisfaction about positional title, scientific research level, age distribution, and the pay levels of satisfaction in several private colleges' teachers in southwest educational region in Shi Jiazhuang. The first two chapters of the paper explain the significance of research and the current situation of domestic and foreign private teachers' inspiration; the third chapter, has analyzed the inspiration theory for members and grasp the basic concept of inspiration for job content, work process and the results of transformation; on the basis of the questionnaires about 203 teachers from 5 private vocational colleges, the fourth chapter, taking the GS college as example, has deeply researched the good points on teachers' inspiration behavior and proposed the problems in inspiration, such as more emphasis on pay inspiration, ignoring individual differences, the "false, big and empty" about motivation target, and the lack of growing, honor, cultural, emotional motivation; the fifth chapter has analyzed the reasons of problems, which mainly caused by the unsound about teachers' employment mechanism, training mechanisms, evaluation system and social security mechanism. Accordingly, the last chapter has put forward the principles for private teachers' inspiration and given basic inspiration pattern about spirit and matter, also has got the inspiration measures made by the private vocational college administrators for their teachers, which according to market, equality, steady demands, competition needs, development and ownership culture. It hopes that it can be able to provide a reference for future teachers' assessment of the performance inspiration in the private vocational colleges.
