Self-regulated learning is the active echo of education and the inevitable choice o f our country in 2001 the ministry of education of the basic education curriculum refo rm outline(try out)",said the way to change the traditional course,encourage studen ts' active participation in the classroom,actively explore the implementation,diligently to begin,to cultivate the collecting and processing,ability to acquire new knowledge,analysis and problem solving skills and communication and cooperation ability.In the process of education should take the student as the main body,dominated by teacher s.And the traditional knowledge type teaching mode of teaching for the purpose of n o longer widely accepted by people,and to students learning to learn for the purpose of autonomous learning,cooperative learning and inquiry learning teaching model of combining are becoming the important topic of educational attention.In this paper,from two aspects of both at home and abroad a comprehensive stu dy on the development of the arts college students' autonomous learning ability researc h stage,the related research of the independent learning ability to do the history of th e horizontal and vertical comb.Second,a questionnaire survey was conducted in this paper,shenyang music college students and some teachers and students to make interv iews,using SPSS software to do the questionnaire analysis,found that college students of shenyang music institute in the inner world of autonomous learning self-efficacy,l earning objectives,learning control,external goal,study significance and general metho d,for help,learning plan,learning,learning evaluation on average every ten dimensio ns are higher,higher overall level of autonomous learning,students' autonomous learni ng ability is strong.But two opposite points in learning anxiety and learning manage ment,on the dimensions of the learner's average serves also is higher,it shows that in the middle school students' autonomous learning process also some problems such a s anxiety,learning,lack of management experience.Boys in self-efficacy and internal target dimension score is significantly higher than girls,girls are learning help dimensi on score is significantly higher than boys.With the increase of grade,shenyang music college students' learning anxiety,learning evaluation ability also gradually rise.Finall y,this article will focus on the current situation of art college students' autonomous le arning ability,based on the concept of education and psychology of teaching and lear ning,combining with the characteristics of art college students,the college managers s hould set the education idea of cultivating students' autonomous learning ability,form and perfect the system of independent learning mechanism,carry out teaching design t o promote the development of the arts college students' autonomous learning ability su ch as promotion strategy.
