In this paper, theories of learning strategies and self-regulated learning has been systemically set forth, then the conclusion has been educed from the quantitative analysis by way of the investigation and statistic to senior high school students' actual status of learning strategies and self-regulated learning.This academic dissertation is composed of five main parts:The first part relates briefly the meaning and qualifications of learning strategies and self-regulated learning, discusses the relation between them and brings forward the significance of them in mathematics teaching.In the second part, I have compared the good mark group with the bad mark group about the difference, have analyzed the circs of the senior high school students' strategies use in mathematics learning, and the definite conclusion has been come from in the base of the status investigation and statistic.In the third part, based on the analysis of the above chapters, considered with the features of mathematics learning and teaching practice, the methods and ways of how to advance students' learning strategies and self-regulated learning are given.At last, ending words, in which some significant questions are put forward for further study and test.
