With the advent of the era of big data,people from all walks of life began to do research in big data applications.Computer science,information technology,applied mathematics,computational mathematics,operations research,industrial engineering,electrical engineering,to name but a few.In terms of the current,the use of "big data" has a very wide range of areas,including the employment of university graduates national statistics,data statistics,application,and this kind of application is an essential part of the country,the government's top design.Data is important,because it can help target of relevant government departments to pay,in improving the efficiency of decision-making success rate,social management has a very valuable role.,however,the characteristics of the era of big data is applied first,and the related theoretical study has a certain lag,so in view of the problem of university graduate employment statistics,this paper introduced a concept of big data related theory is studied,in order to research and practical application of the theory of the large data provide useful advice.In this paper,the concept of "big data" and the combination of university graduate employment statistics work,illuminate the importance of the big data for college graduates employment statistics and practical,supported by social governance theory at the same time,in shenyang as an example to the researches in the employment of university graduates data statistical work,and analyze the employment of university graduates in shenyang data statistics,including the public attention to employment statistics work less,the poor quality of employment statistics,the statistics personnel at the grass-roots level pluralism,employment statistics report work mechanism and statistical reporting system is not perfect,timeliness and checking data analysis application is not strong and so on,looking for shenyang university graduate employment statistics work problem reasons,including: graduates data statistical concepts backward,poor employment statistics training effect,employment data statistics institutions level,employment statistics released time lag,employment statistics work not harmonious,statistics law enforcement poor maneuverability and so on,so as to give the "big data" under the background of the reform of the college graduates employment statistics work.
