The Research On The Data Quality Produced By Official Statistical Offices And Its' Governmet

With the establishment of socialism market economy system of China, the demand for statistical information is abroad increasingly. People pay more attention to the quality of statistical data. At the same time, the environment of inside and outside of statistics is changed greatly. It is a challenge and opportunity to quality of traditional statistical data. Chinese government joined GDDS in 2002. But there is a gap between the quality of Chinese statistical data and the demand for statistical information of people or the request of international standard. In order to meet the demand of people for Statistical data, the thorough research on the quality of Chinese statistical data and the management of statistical data has become a necessity.First of all, the paper sets forth the concept of the quality of statistical data based on the meaning of the statistical data and the quality. Secondly, considering the quality of the content of statistical data and the expression of statistical data and the restraint on the statistical data, this paper discusses the assessment standards of the quality of statistical data and the index system of assessment. It applies analytical hierarchy process to determining the weight of indexes of assessment, which avoids the subjectivity of the weight to a certain extent and shows the relative importance of indexes of assessment exactly. Then the fuzzy comprehensive judgement is used to set up a two-layer assessment model for the quality of statistics information. Thirdly, this paper introduces the international standards correlated with the quality control of statistical data. Finally, the paper describes the actuality of the quality of Chinese Statistical data and the management of quality. It sets forth the problems of them and analyzes the reason. Then the paper puts forward the quality management system of Chinese statistical data and describes it particularly.
