In order to study the energy supply situation and characteristics of three main energy supply systems in the process of forehand fast loop drive at different frequencies of table tennis player in middle schools,this paper collects and analyzes the physiological data including oxygen uptake,heart rate and blood lactic acid during progressive batting exercise as well as the maximal oxygen uptake of 14 table tennis players in middle school.The paper can be employed not only as a reference for the study of the energy supply of other antagonistic matches with the net,but also provide guiding significance for teachers consider exercise load by conducting special teaching process of table tennis for middle school students,thus laying a theoretical basis for the physical training for table tennis,extensive mass fitness and other fields.By virtue of methods such as literature review,experimentation and quantity statistics,the study conducts tests on maximal oxygen uptake and progressive batting exercise of forehand fast loop drive on 14 table tennis players in the middle school(7 male athletes,one of who is a first-class sportsman,4 second-class sportsmen;4 female athletes,5 of who are first-class sportsmen,2 second-class sportsmen)through equipment like K4b2,portable gas analyzer,blood lactic acid tester and table tennis robot,which then concludes the energy expenditure variation in progressive batting exercise of forehand fast loop drive on table tennis players in the middle school.Based on the obtained physiological data,the change features of energy supply situation and proportion under the test of progressive batting exercise of forehand fast loop drive on table tennis players in middle school can finally be calculated.The physiological indexes of the test include: the maximal oxygen uptake(ml?min-1?kg-1?L/min),oxygen uptake per minute(ml/min),heart rate(bpm/min),energy expenditure(Kcal/min),blood lactic acid(mmol/L),aerobic energy supply(J/kg/stroke),anaerobic non-lactate acid supply(J/min)and glycolysis energy supply(J/min).It is found that the absolute value of maximal oxygen uptake of the subjects is 2.98 ± 0.46 L / min(male: 3.24 ± 0.45 L / min;female: 2.74± 0.35 L / min,P> 0.05).The relative value of maximal oxygen uptake of the subjects is 55.84 ± 8.08 ml / min / kg(male: 60.28 ± 8.81 ml /min / kg;female: 51.39±4.05ml/min/kg,P<0.05).The maximal heart rate of subjects is 189 ± 9.53 b / min(male: 191 ± 8.58 b / min;female: 188±10.86b/min,P>0.05).In the progressive batting exercise of forehand fast loop drive,it is found that aerobic power supply system takes the largest proportion,reaching to 61.585%±7.22%,followed by phospagen energy supply system,which takes 38.157%±7.55%.In contrast,the glycolysis energy system only accounts for 0.258%±0.82% of the overall percentage.In the six batting frequencies set by the study,theproportion of aerobic energy power supply is the largest,followed by phospagen energy supply system,and glycolysis energy system is always situated at a comparatively low level.The higher the batting frequency of progressive batting exercise of forehand fast loop drive per minute,the greater the proportion of the generated energy in the aerobic power supply system accounting in the total energy will be,indicating that in the technical practice of table tennis,aerobic power supply system is always taking the largest proportion in sports.However,in progressive batting exercise,the proportion of phospagen energy supply system slightly reduces with the increase ratio of aerobic power supply.Although the proportion of glycolysis energy system is extremely small,it has the tendency to overall rising with the increased batting frequency.It is concluded that the absolute value of maximal oxygen uptake of table tennis players in middle school is significantly correlated to height,weight and age,and the weight in which has the largest correlation to the absolute value of maximal oxygen uptake.The relative values of maximal oxygen uptake and the maximal heart rate for the first-class athletes are higher than those of the second-class athletes.The higher the maximal oxygen uptake is,the more favorable to enhance the technical level of the table tennis will be.In the progressive batting exercise of forehand fast loop drive,the energy expenditure of table tennis players in middle school is in a progressive state as a whole,and the energy expenditure of males is greater than that of women.The energy expenditure of the first-class table tennis players in middle school is lower than that of second-class athletes.In addition,the paper finds that the progressive batting exercise of forehand fast loop drive focuses on aerobic energy power supply,supplemented by phospagen energy supply system,while the glycolysis energy system is scarcely involved in energy supply.In the incremental batting trainings,the aerobic energy supply system always takes the largest proportion of the movement of the system,while the proportion of aerobic energy supply.Based on the results,it is recommended to employ the maximal oxygen uptake index as one of the important talent-selection indicators of professional table tennis players.In the sports special courses on table tennis for students in the middle school,the paper suggests to properly add exercise on forehand fast loop drive so as to improve the aerobic capacity of middle school students.Energy-saving may occur for athletes of high-level in the training.As a result,it is recommended to use a variety of ways and different means of training in the training prepared for high-level table tennis athletes,so that allow them to achieve the desired energy expenditure value.The exercise of forehand fast loop drive for table tennis focuses on aerobic energy power supply,supplemented by phospagen energy supply system.And table tennis enthusiasts can choose to use the appropriate batting frequency to achieve purposes for fitnessand weight loss.
