Metacogntion is refer to perception of congnitive activities.The view of modern psychology is that student learning activities is not only dialogue between learns and learning materials,but also a dialogue with themselves,dialogue with the others,the process of dialogue with the environment.The process is consist of monitoring,evaluation and adjustment..A impotant symbol of learning is that students can effectively monitor and regulate their own thinking and learning process,can reflect on their own learning process,learning outcomes and learning evaluation.And they can realize the idea of the formation of knowledge and ability in the sublimation of self-reflection in order to achieve self-development.Thererfore,how to improve the metacognitive ability has become an important issue in the field of Education.This study draws on the domestic and foreign research results of Metacognition,and science combines with the characteristics of science and junior high school students to select two students with different sex.The method of this study take the direct intervention of the two student’s metacognitive ability for training,and record the training process.This research uses the questionnaire survey results showed that two students’ metacognitive ability is improved,theirstudy state is no longer confused,they improved their learning efficiency,and there is no difference in metacognitive ability between boys and girls.
