Elementary school teachers,the special group of basic education,is the enlightenment of children 's mind,the pioneers of children's wisdom,the soul of children 's spirits.Teachers have an impact on children 's life.Primary school teachers schools promote children 's development in all aspects Today's society calls for the cultivation of the "Independent” learners.The implementation of education must be " Independent "Education".“Independent "is significant personally trait and basic psychological needs,and is generally considered to be closely related to development of individual self.The autonomy of teachers 's work is the ability of teachers to handle matters as they wish in the process of professional activities and professional development.It is a reflection of the teachers in the classroom teaching,curriculum development,school operations,and occupation found and so can effectively get rid of the shackles of external conditions the pressure of interference,according to the self willingness and intrinsic valve standard,independent judgment and choice,and in the practice of education and psychological quality for implementation the responsible.some studies have show.The level of teachers authorities is not only related to the healthy development of individual teachers,but also can predict the level of their professional level,which is related to the realization of the goal of cultivating the autonomous learners.Teachers in the classroom teaching and professional development needs to be given more opportunities for self-development.Only in this way is conductive to tap the potential of teachers to create,stimulate the enthusiasm of the work,and constantly improve the quality of education.on the others hand,the luck of authorities f primary school teachers not only affects the formation of good habits and quality of life of the educated,but also directly affects the continuous development of the reformof the management system and the physical and mental development of teachers.The elementary school teachers in Dongle of Baton is the research object.I summed up the primary school teachers ' performance of lacking autonomous by interviews,observation,and research methods,and analyzed the main reasons.And put forward the practical operational countermeasures.This paper mainly includes four parts.The First part:Introduce the question.It mostly analyzes and expounds research background of the paper,research questions of the paper,research significance of the paper and research methods of the paper.The second part: Performance and causes.We analyze two aspects about describing performance of teachers lacking autonomy and reasons of lacking autonomy.The third part: Conclusions and Countermeasure.This paper sums up the Countermeasures against the lacking working autonomy of primary school teachers,and puts forward some feasible suggestions from three aspects: the teacher level,the school level and the social level.
