With the deepening of education reform, teachers face more challenges,In addition to face the daily teaching work, they must to learn and research, in order to enhance their professional skills. Making the teachers' work stress heavy.Work stress is the direct effects of teachers' mental health .Teachers' mental health is not only related to their own, but also potential students' development, the influence of positive psychology advocates for individual personal positive factors to resist negative pressures.This study through to research the teachers' work stress and mantel health, Sense of coherence and teacher autonomy, analyze the relationship between teachers'work stress, mantel health, Sense of coherence and teacher autonomy. put forward the corresponding Suggestions, reduce the primary and secondary school teachers'work stress , improve the level of mental health.In this study, we find 724 teachers, use scale of teachers' work stress and mantel health, Sense of coherence and teacher autonomy by data Analysis and regression analysis. We find:1 The primary and secondary school teachers feel the heavy work stress, the pressure source mainly comes from the work load and the students' academic and student problem behavior. And in the teaching experience, teaching segment, teaching subject, level of education, positions, and the school position were significant difference on the significant difference.2 The primary and secondary school teachers' mental health in negative project the abnormal rate of detection is higher, in gender, teaching experience, the teaching period, level of education, as a significant difference on job and school location.3 The primary and secondary school teachers' soc above the middle level, among them meaningfulness are the highest score. In gender, teaching age, teaching segment, teaching course, significant differences significantly different positions and school location.4 The primary and secondary school teachers' autonomy development level is higher,in the best self reliant on development, followed by self control. In gender, teaching age, teaching segment, teaching subjects, positions and the school position were significant difference reached significant difference level.5 Teachers' work tress and mental health, Sense of coherence and teacher autonomy correlated significantly. Work stress and mental health was significantly positively related, consistent with the Sense of coherence and teacher autonomy has significant negative correlation.6 teachers Sense of coherence in job stress and mental health, relationships,intermediary effect significantly, teachers' work stress not only directly affect the level of mental health development, but also affect the mental health level through Sense of coherence.7 Teacher autonomy in the work stress and mental health, relationships, regulatory effect significantly, teacher autonomy can alleviate the impact of the work stress on mental health.
