Continuous issued in China in 2010 the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)"and" several opinions on the current development of pre-school education ",the two files to the current preschool education reform and development of the mechanism is put forward the perfect measures,made clear that its leading role in the process of the development of early childhood education is the government,secondly,aiming at the problems existing in the current preschool teachers' professional,the effectiveness of the proposed solution,all reflect the government's emphasis on early childhood education this major in our country.Professional quality is essential for teachers engaged in education work psychological condition,is mainly refers to teacher education in practice accumulation and used for education in the activity of a kind of psychological quality.Preschool teachers' professional quality is an essential part of early childhood teachers engaged in education work psychological condition,is mainly refers to accumulate in the preschool teacher education in practice and used for one kind of psychological quality education activities.In the practice of early childhood education,early childhood teachers professional quality in early childhood education as a whole have to provide early childhood education professionals should meet all the conditions,mainly includes the professional spirit,professional knowledge and professional skills and so on three big subsystems.Research of this paper is based on preschool teachers' professionalspirit,professional knowledge and professional skills,such as the three subsystems,is based on the characteristics of preschool teacher's professional interpretation,at present our country preschool education professional development faster and faster pace as the research background,using literature research,questionnaire survey,field study,interviews and other research methods,research object location in manchuria region of preschool teachers.This paper studies the main content is the manchuria area of preschool teachers' professional development as well as the factors that affect its development,then aimed at the problems puts forward the countermeasures;Is how to analyze the influence factors of preschool teachers' professional development,and analyzes the hidden causes;In addition,the different characteristics in different stage of development of preschool teachers' professional knowledge and practical level of difference are analyzed,and explains the cause of the phenomenon;Finally,after the study of theory and practice,based on the way of preschool teachers' professional development in manchuria and measures put forward the corresponding policy and system,so as to provide a certain basis for the government's policy.
