Kindergarten teachers are the professionals engaged in early childhood education. The special duties and special object of teaching makes them special qualified professional qualities and capabilities distinguished with general teachers or other careers. It must have a reform and improvement of the access system of kindergarten teachers and the entry of employees'threshold, in order to change the kindergarten teachers'situation of high substitutability and low return and treatment. By this, the social status of kindergarten teachers the attractiveness of this career can be enhanced and more highly qualified person will contribute to the kindergarten teaching career and the professional development of teachers will be improved.In recent years, with china's baby-boom and one-child policy, there are a large number of pre-school age children with great attention that ever have. The rapid growth of pre-school education is in great demand of pre-school teachers. The high requirements make the kindergarten teachers feel out of their league. At the same time, as the appointment system of kindergarten teachers, compatibility of teachers'qualifications, and time effectiveness of space, a large number of non-competent teachers enters the kindergarten, resulting in leading early childhood education as "nanny" and "primary" teaching and the frequent injuries of kindergarten children. Through the reform and improvement of the admittance system of kindergarten teachers, we can have a scientific and rational entry set for the kindergarten teachers. In this way the kindergarten teachers can gradually increase the professional levels and thus the stability and quality of kindergarten teachers can be protected.This paper, through the questionnaires and interviews to the key person and survey of the shortcomings of current teacher qualification system, analyses the factors of impacting the standards set of the admittance system of kindergarten teachers, master a overall situation of kindergarten teachers professional development and team building and finally give some advices on system reform, government security, self-management, parent involvement and other aspects.
