At present,with the continuous innovation of educational concept and the deepening of educational reform,the individual differences of student are more and more concerned.The traditional "one size fits all" mode of education has been far from meeting the demands of the society for education,Therefore,a new round of basic education curriculum reform has been carried out in china,in the course of teaching,teachers should respect students' personality,pay attention to individual differences and meet the needs of different students,create an environment that can guide students to participate actively,stimulate students' learning enthusiasm,cultivate students' ability to master and apply knowledge,so that every student can be fully developed".So how to achieve these goals in physics teaching in senior high school?
