In the competitive sports competition,the current college athletes have become a bright spot in the provincial athletics and city games for college athletes to provide a stage to show themselves.In the national college sports team and the World University Games and other competitions,college athletes become a brilliant landscape.Now institutions of higher learning have begun to increase their efforts to build their own high-level sports teams to develop their own high-level athletes.However,high-level athletes in colleges and universities as a special group in the domestic colleges and universities,with dual roles and two roles: college students and high-level athletes,taking into account the dual tasks of sports and professional learning.Volleyball as a collective project,want to strive for excellent results in the game,not only need the players in the game tenacious struggle,but also need the players in the usual hard training,work together.Role of the different positioning of their personal behavior has a very important impact.Its different role recognition will directly affect the athletes' motive and self-efficacy,thus affecting the effectiveness of training and training efficiency and will have an impact on the results of the game.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the role recognition and motive and self-efficacy of high-level volleyball players in colleges and universities and find out the real identity of athletes to improve the training efficiency.In this study,the relationship between the role recognition,self-efficacy and motive of high-level women's volleyball athletes in colleges and universities is found by studying the role recognition and self-efficacy and motive of high-level volleyball players in colleges and universities.So as to provide some reference for the high level women volleyball team to improve the training efficiency,improve the level of competition and improve self-awareness.Select the 2015-2016 National College Volleyball League(Finals)Women's 12 teams of all the players for the survey.The status of self-efficacy and motivation of high-level women's volleyball players in colleges and universities was analyzed by using the "college students' role recognition" scale,"athlete role recognition" scale,"general self-efficacy" scale and "sports motivation" And related research.research shows:The high level of women's volleyball players' recognition of athletes' roles is higher than that of college students' roles.It shows that the high level volleyball players in colleges and universities are more inclined to the role of athletes.In the high-level women's volleyball athletes,126 people are the role of the sports team identity,26 is the role of college students identity.2 college high level women volleyball players with the increase in the number of years,athletes will also increase with the recognition.The higher the identity of the athletes of high level women volleyball players in colleges and universities,the higher the movement motive.3 in the high level of women's volleyball athletes found that Beijing Sports University,Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics,Shandong Normal University and Nanjing University of Information Engineering,the four college athletes are all biased towards the role of athletes,and the results of these four colleges and universities The national competition in the crowd,which can be speculated that the higher the degree of identity of athletes,the team's performance will be affected.
