After the founding of the people's Republic of China,our country is in the established system of counselors,college counselors system is of higher education system with Chinese characteristics,is an important guarantee for China's higher education teaching smoothly and to cultivate the talents for socialist modernization construction.College counselors play an important role in the higher education of our country.It is the guidance of Ideological and political education of college students,and the manager of the daily life of college students,and the maintenance of the mental health of college students.Based on College Counselors'role cognition and role learning investigation and role expectation survey and analysis of the problems existing in role play in the contemporary college counselors,reasons of the existing problems and their solutions,so that college counselors in China can do the scientific role play well the role of counselors,to ensure the healthy development of the higher education in our country.Through the survey of a variety of ways,found in China's college counselors today's role play in cognitive universal role in several aspects and play,first of all,College Counselors' understanding of the existence of vague questions of their role,weakening the guidance function,service function resulting in college students;secondly,college counselors in the real society,plays multiple roles,because each character have different requirements,so there is a conflict between the role of counselors and other leading role,counselor role confusion;again,at present,China's college counselors occupation,the level of professional construction and development of colleges and universities in China compared with the equirement is low,so that our ability of College Counselors in the role played by the problem is not high,in short,These are the problems of scientific orientation of the role of counselors.Through the investigation and analysis,think the main reason is that college counselors' role consciousness;college counselors in the role play in the role of skills is not strong;college counselors professional quality and scientific quality is not high.In order to improve the level of counselor role,make scientific positioning,first of all,to realize the transformation of counselor role concept and role consciousness,which need to improve counselor role awareness,cultivation of College Counselors' role in spirit,specific work,must be people-oriented,scientific orientation of College Counselors' role;secondly,create learning type counselors,counselor role to improve skills,this will enable individuals to establish learning counselors working concept of innovation,to solidarity cooperation,enhance team learning and innovation education atmosphere,cultivating counselor role playing skills;finally,it is the system of university counselors must consciously take counselors occupation of professional development,through the path of development occupation and professional level,to improve the professional quality of counselors in Colleges and universities of our country,make guidance Member of change from traditional management to education expert.
