This article through the teaching efficacy scale to Beijing Sport University football professional college students were investigated.The basic situation of the individual and the substitute situation including gender,grade,grade,professional sports,sports life,coaches grade,teacher qualification certificate,age,type,substitute substitute substitute compensation 12 variables,Excel table and SPSS statistical software were used to analyze the effect of teaching efficacy,personal teaching efficacy and general educational efficacy.Results show:There are significant differences in the teaching efficacy,general education efficacy and personal teaching efficacy of college students in Beijing Sport University,and the boys are better than girls.The personal teaching efficacy of Beijing Sport University football special college in grade,sports level,coaches level sense there is a significant difference,general teaching efficacy and general teaching efficacy had no significant difference.The personal teaching efficacy,teaching efficacy of college students in the fourth grade the highest,the second is on the third grade students,the lowest is freshman;in sports level of college students personal teaching efficacy as a national level athletes the highest national grade three students in the lowest level athletes;comparison of different level coaches in the AFC class C coach scored the highest,followed by D level coaches,the lowest level of students is no coaches.The effectiveness of teaching students of Beijing Sport University football special sense,general teaching efficacy and personal teaching efficacy in different majors and sports life,different stage of average,whether a teacher qualification certificate,substitute substitute periods and different rewards are no significant difference.The general teaching efficacy and personal teaching efficacy of college students of Beijing Sport University football special sense in the presence of significant differences in different types of substitute,in general teaching efficacy no significant difference.Both are students’ teaching effectiveness in substitute of amateur football club are the highest.
