Objectives: This study aims to through comparing the influence of different load Ballistic Training on vertical jump performance,to look for the best training load and intermittent time to induct Post-Activation Potentiation by Ballistic Training.And then provide reference and suggestion for the warm-up activity of training and competition.Methods: Choose nine Beijing sports university men in the subjects,nine subjects intervened training of the three different load randomly:30% 1RM or 60%1RM Ballistic Training of fixed trajectory non-weight bearing centrifugal stage;30% 1RM fixed track training in traditional Ballistic Training.Then using KISTLER portable load test under the squat Jump(Countermovement Jump,CMJ)of the Peak Power(Peak Power Out,PPO)after 2 minutes rest(T-2)or 4 minutes(T-4)or eight minutes(T-8).Adopt the repeated measurements variance analysis of variance to analyze the CMJ peak power after intermittent time.Results: 1.The research result shows CMJ peak power of two forms' squat jump training have no significant(P>0.05),CMJ peak power of intermittent time have significant effects(P<0.05);After Ballistic Training of non-weight bearing centrifugal stage 2min,4min,8min,the CMJ peak power' difference were 0.016,0.006,0.355;After Traditional Ballistic Training 2 min,4min,8min,the CMJ peak power' difference were 0.073,0.002,0426;2.The research result shows CMJ peak power of different Ballistic Training of non-weight bearing centrifugal stage training load and different rest time,the rest time have significant influence on the peak power(P<0.01);The training load of CMJ have significant influence on the peak power(P<0.05);Interaction between intermittent time and training load(P<0.05),After 30% 1RM Ballistic Training of non-weight bearing centrifugal 2min,4min,8min,the difference respectively 0.025,0.000,0.067;After 60%1RM Ballistic Training of non-weight bearing centrifugal 2min,4min,8min,the difference 0.003,0.899,0.001.Conclusion: 1.After some rest time,the two forms of Ballistic Training can induct Post-Activation Potentiation by Ballistic Training,and both the best time make significant difference is 4 min.2.Ballistic Training of fixed trajectory non-weight bearing centrifugal stage,CMJ peak power have significant improvement solution is: 30% 1RM after 4 min;60% 1 RM after 8 min.
