College Students' Self Employment Problem Research Of The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

With the announcement of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on some major issues concerning comprehensively deepening reform,the education sector has attached great importance to promoting entrepreneurship to promote employment and support youth entrepreneurship.With the national development and Reform Commission for the comprehensive construction of a well-off society,the development of the strategy of college students to cultivate a well-off society in an all-round way,to ease the severe employment pressure,the important idea of building a harmonious society.This paper using the basic research method of questionnaire,data analysis method,through a questionnaire survey of 100 college students in Xinjiang Agricultural University,the results of a questionnaire survey to explore the problems and shortcomings of the current university students based on entrepreneurship.Through the questionnaire survey,statistics of interest of college students accounted for 83.15% of the number of this survey,when asked what entrepreneurs need support,83.54% of the surveyed college students choose to carry out entrepreneurship training,81.01% of the surveyed students choose schools need to arrange related business courses.At present,the cultivation of resources is scarce,the government support is needed to be improved,and the objective evaluation of college students should be strengthened.Improve the training system of independent college students' entrepreneurial ability is from the subjective efforts of college students,social factors,government factors,family factors,the factors of training and support of specific measures including improving the education institution innovation ability training system of students,and actively explore effective ways of teaching reform;reform of University Entrepreneurship Education mechanism;entrepreneurial environment construction of the government and strengthen the responsibility of government;to improve the students' literacy,enhance self innovation ability.The orderly development of the formation of entrepreneurial climate and entrepreneurial system,establish an effective linkage to government,universities and society three inter subjectivity education mechanism,with the efforts of college students the day after tomorrow,China venture to promote employment,employment steady economic development.
