This paper mainly studies the school-based training of junior middle schools in rural areas after the merger.School based training has a unique advantage in promoting teachers'professional development,and has become the main means of continuing education for teachers in various countries;In our country,school-based training has the characteristics of dual task of guiding(controlling)teachers and promoting teachers' professional competence,or to a great extent,teacher management is implemented through training.After the merger,the school-based training of junior high schools in villages and towns has its particularity,With the two primary school teachers need to clear the common vision,professional quality of teachers,the school needs to be carried out according to the school-based training,also need to strengthen the management of school-based training.What is the present situation of school-based training in junior middle schools in the rural areas after the merger?How is school-based training management?What's the demand for school-based training?How to strengthen school-based training management,and then improve the effectiveness of school-based training,and promote the professional development of junior high school teachers in rural areas after the merger,and promote the development of schools?Undoubtedly,it is of great practical significance to study,discuss and solve this problemThis paper is based on the theory of teacher professional development and school-based training theory,Taking the school-based training of junior middle schools in rural areas as the research object,Using literature,investigation and other research methods,The main research contents are as follows:(1)the present situation of school-based training in junior middle schools in rural areas after the merger;(2)the influence of school-based training management on school-based training effectiveness in junior middle schools in the rural areas after the merger;(3)research on school-based training and Management Countermeasures of junior middle schools in rural areas after the merger.The following conclusions can be drawn from the study:(1)the school-based training contents of junior middle schools in the rural areas after the merger can not meet the needs of the teachers' professional development;(2)school-based training management significantly affects the implementation of school-based training;(3)the reasons for poor school based training in junior middle schools in villages and towns:The idea behind the school-based training;poor school-based training organization and management;the lack of demand for school-based training planning research,school-based training is not reasonable;school-based training resource management training,environmental protection is not enough;the positive evaluation of the school-based training can effectively encourage teachers to participate in school-based training;teacher training management guarantees,imperfect incentive mechanism;school-based research training is weak.According to the results and conclusions of this study,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)to strengthen the common vision of ethics training and school training;(2)to establish a correct concept of teacher training;(3)training on ways to enhance the flexibility,diversity;(4)coordination training organization and management,make full use of training resources;(5)the school-based training of people-oriented management philosophy.
