In 2012,the United Nations put forward to use well-being instead of GDP as the main indicator to measure the degree of a country’s development.In recent years,our country has also gradually realized that it can’t measure the degree of urban development just with GDP.Since well-being is influenced by objective factors and subjective factors,there will be different views of well-being in different regions,times,family and social environment.Our country is in the rapid transformation period now,traditional culture and modern culture,new ideas and old ideas have mutual conflict as well as collision.Which makes the economy,culture and even psychology in different areas form faults and also makes the regional well-being present a typical "club feature" with significant regional differences.In 1997,Judge and other scholars put forward an important personality index of core self-evaluation,and it is mainly the most basic evaluation for individual self-competence and self-value.This kind of evaluation profoundly affects an individual’s external behavior and inner psychology,also,it can influence their-attitude towards life and style of doing things.With the rapid development of global economy,our country is also in rapid development stage and its economic development level enhances unceasingly.However,because of the unbalanced regional economic development in our country,employees felt more pressure in life and work.What’s more,the individual’s physical and mental health went wrong constantly.In this case,the life satisfaction,job satisfaction and subjective well-being have also been obtained more attention.A relational self-construct is a more comprehensive and detailed self-structure that describes the intimate relationship between individuals and others.Foreign research on self-construct is more,mostly,it gives priority to the dependent self-construct that is represented by collectivism and independent self-construct that is represented by individualism.While the relevant domestic research about relational self-construct is relatively less.The relational self-construct in different areas embodies different intimate relationships.It can be used as a kind of cross-cultural concept and has a wide rage of application.Furthermore,it also can carry on the related research under the economic and cultural background in different areas.Based on the research background,the paper selects the core self-evaluation,subjective well-being and relational self-construct as the research variables of this project.The paper summarizes the previous research,establishes the research model and puts forward the research hypothesis.In order to obtain the research data for empirical analysis,the paper takes the teachers in primary and secondary schools of developed areas and less developed areas as the research sample by the method of random sampling.It adopts the scales of core self-evaluation,subjective well-being and relational self-construct and it distributes and collects questionnaires through the questionnaire network and paper questionnaires.There are 238 effective questionnaires after strict screening,including 114 questionnaires in Beijing,124 questionnaires in Yanbian areas.Besides,it carries on an empirical statistical analysis on them.The empirical research shows that the core self-evaluation of the teachers in primary and secondary schools has a direct effect on subjective well-being,and the effect is particularly strongly.The relational self-construct plays a strengthening role in the impact of the core self-evaluation on subjective well-being.The teachers’ relational self-construct in Yanbian areas is significantly higher than the teachers’in Beijing.There is no significant difference between the core self-evaluation and subjective well-being for the teachers in primary and secondary schools of Beijing and Yanbian areas.The relational self-construct has a strengthening influence on the core self-evaluation on subjective well-being.The relational self-construct’ s strengthening influence on the core self-evaluation on subjective well-being for the teachers in Beijing is higher than that for the teachers in Yanbian.Therefore,the presented suggestions for improving the subjective well-being in different areas are as follows:(1)Whether it is a developed area or a less developed area,it should have a positive self concept.(2)Improving the intimate relationship between developed areas and others(3)Providing policies for the less developed areas.Finally,it pits forward the project’s deficiency and future prospect.
