The Team Cochesiveness Reasearch Of Our Country's Bouquet Cheerleading Team

Team cohesion is the important factor in the development of operation,especially in improving the overall performance and efficiency of training and the overall efficiency has an irreplaceable role.Cheerleading sport is a unique charm of the emerging sports,it is international spreading,and it has won many people's love in the world.With the rapid development of our country sports enterprise,cheerleading sport is increasing penetration in campus and society in our country.Dance cheerleading borrowed many dance elements from the others.With the password and props to entertainment people at leisure time,it is widely disseminated and participation.The main characteristic of dance cheerleading is teamwork,energetic and style purpose.Bouquet cheerleading is the one of dance cheerleading whose spread and popularization are relatively high.In order to improve the gymnast team cohesion is the important breakthrough point,analyze the influence factors of the team cohesion,looking for differences,to improve the effect of Cheerleading operating performance achievement and provide a scientific basis.To sum up,this study will further study of Cheerleading team cohesion,affecting the influence factors of the team cohesion,for the team training and teaching and management of and training to provide theoretical reference.In this paper,by the methods of questionnaire investigation and interview with coach,logic analysis and other research methods,on the premise of broad access to cheerleading related data,using induction,analysis and synthesis as well as the method to abstract and generalize,to all kinds of data and data analysis,thus come to the conclusion.Conclusions are as follows:(1)By the methods of questionnaire investigation and interview with coach,this paper sums up the main factors affecting the bouquet cheerleading team cohesion,including: the coach leadership behavior,the team training satisfaction,the team relationship,goal and task consistency,the category and incentive mechanism,etc.(2)At present stage,the team cohesion of China's bouquet cheerleading team is 87.06,higher than 60% of the total score of 105.Different level team's cohesion exist significant difference,high level team cohesion score is 87.58,significantly higher than that of the low level team's 86.24.Team cohesion is the important factors that affect bouquet cheerleading team's performance.(3)Our country's bouquet cheerleading team needs to improve the team's task of consistency.In compared with the results of 2013,the cohesion of the other three dimension scores are increased,only the team's task of consistency score is dropped significantly,therefore,we should pay attention to the mission consistency of construction.(4)The influence factors of bouquet cheerleading team cohesion include: the coach's leadership behavior,satisfaction and training game players,and the differences of coach leadership behavior in feeling,the team relationships,targets and tasks consistency,group division and incentive mechanism.The above factors are positively related to the bouquet cheerleading team cohesion.
