Cheerleading in the development of colleges and universities in China is a new project, it reflects a positive, collaboration and teamwork. Compared to some traditional sports programs, the team is more focused on the spirit of the team interaction. Cheer in the early development of China also focus on the introduction of technology, while ignoring the construction of the team culture, such a team has no soul, will not be healthy and sustainable development. Only through the conscious mind, spiritual interaction, emotional communication and dissemination of culture, which form a cohesive elite team.In this paper, the use of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method, contrast analysis method, field survey of College cheerleading team culture construction present situation, problems and influencing factors of in-depth study, for the construction of College cheerleading and formation characteristics of campus sports culture to provide theoretical and practical guidance. Research results:1. Cheerleading reflects a positive, energetic spirit, can better express the cohesion of the sports culture of unity and cooperation, in China's colleges and universities have loved the majority of college students and the construction of campus culture and the formation of distinct sports culture has a wonderful prospect.2. University Cheerleading Team Culture Construction Problems:(1) from material level, colleges and universities to cheerleading investment is not enough, most college cheerleading is not relatively independent training places, training equipment, medical insurance, to some extent, restricted the college cheerleading healthy development in the future.(2) from the spiritual level, the coaches generally heavy technology light spirit culture construction, so that the lack of team members of the team to the correct understanding of the team and the enthusiasm of the team.(3) from the system level, the lack of advanced management concepts and reasonable, system management system, the reward and punishment system is not perfect, the incentive is not enough.(4) from the behavior level, the lack of team activities in the University team activities.3. because of the late start of China's cheer program, the non World Championships Olympic Games and other projects, the leadership of the recognition of the culture of the team is not high, the spread of the campus is not enough.4. coaches are basically the transition from other professional transition to the professional team, the project's awareness is not enough to cause the misunderstanding of the culture of the team.
