As people living standard rising,people began to look for other pursuits,such as happiness and health.To watch and play the sports can bring us happiness,some sports also lead to the development of the gaming industry in China.The progress and development of medicine will bring better medical conditions and better guarantee people's health.So the analysis and statistic work with the data of sports and medicine is becoming more and more attention.This paper fit the model for actual data of sports and medicine by considering a Bivariate Poisson model(BP model)and its extensions for the several Diagonal Inflated Bivariate Poisson model(DIBP model).We fit the model for the Chinese Football Association Super League 2015 season data by considering a BP model and its extensions for the several DIBP model.The results indicate that the number of goals was not well fitted by BP model,but if a DIBP model is used,the fit was much better,the attack and defense performances is estimated better,predicting goals of game and solving the deviation of the previous model in the prediction of low or high score draw.We fit the model for the 403 college students of the tuberculosis infection situation by considering a BP model and its extensions for the several DIBP model.The results indicate that DIBP model reflect there is no correlation of the secondary case numbers and the pleurisy numbers in all cases,and reveal the over-dispersion of the observed value,can better fit the data.DIBP model is on the basis of BP model with discrete distribution,can flexible fit the correction or over-dispersion of two dimensional data,make the model fitting better.Therefore,DIBP model has a great flexibility and also a better model to predict the goals of the games such as the football games and the medical model.
