| The level of basketball in Liaoning province has a certain position in the country,is a major province of basketball talents to China,and is also one of the main sources of college basketball players.In addition to the professional team,professional body outside the school,high school basketball students are also one of the main ways to cultivate reserve talents,their special status in both ordinary high school students,facing the pressure of college entrance examination,but also has the skills of basketball athletes.Basketball talents will involve a series of problems in school training,professional level,teaching ability and education level of school coaches is different,have an important effect on cultivating students' ability,and high school students need the culture of learning,because the training takes review time even class time,will have a greater psychological pressure,learning heavy pressure,intense training at the same time,if the parents do not support also will affect the performance.Youth Basketball Talented Students in the school,family and social education collaboration problem has not been resolved,cooperation and communication is hindered,the effect of training and transporting reserve talents of Liaoning Province,the final that affect our basketball athletes overall quality and level.How to help the students to accept the education is an urgent problem to be solved.It is also a question that the school,family and society need to re-examine.Through the literature review,access to foreign basketball league system and the cultivation of basketball reserve talent education,as well as domestic experts and scholars of the relevant research data.Through the questionnaire survey and expert interview,in recent years Liaoning Province competition results on the school basketball team of talented students to investigate,understand the basic information at this stage of the high school basketball team of students,coaches,learning and training,and to analyze the influence factors of the main contradiction and Liaoning Province basketball special students training.Based on the theory of cooperative education,this paper analyzes the advantages of the application of the theory in the cultivation of the students with special abilities,and the three aspects of the school,family and society.Finally draws the following conclusion:the Liaoning province high school basketball competition system is not standardized,school learning and training system of "poor convergence;Liaoning province high school training system has its own characteristics,but the game of combat experience;cooperative education consciousness is not strong,the lack of implementation of extension path;multicultural education concept and sustainable cultivation of responsibility lack of basketball reserve talents.Through the research and analysis of scientific and reasonable training and learning plan,it is clear that while carrying out physical training,we should balance culture and quality education.This paper puts forward the cooperative implementation path and strategy development of basketball specialty of high school students,school family and society three party education:to good joint education equal status and responsibilities,cooperation,mutual communication situation;strict system and universal implementation of the Liaoning Basketball League,the school established a good learning and training to youth docking mode;the basketball tournament held as the starting point to get a break from the more practice;to develop Liaoning province local resource integration channels,build the school,family and society to achieve synergy;young people education,sustainable construction of basketball reserve personnel training mode,finally realize the sharing of sports resources.Through the research of this subject,we can broaden the perspective of basketball talent education,and provide a reference for Liaoning province to cultivate comprehensive talents of high level basketball reserve. |
