The development vitality of a country’s competitive sports comes from whether it has sufficient and excellent sports reserve talents.In the context of the integration of sports and education in the new era,the traditional basketball school,as an important position for the cultivation of basketball reserve talents in China,its existing problems and difficulties need to be widely concerned and solved.This paper takes the traditional basketball schools,athletes and coaches in Hefei at all stages as the research object,takes the reserve talent training chain of Traditional Basketball Schools in Hefei as the research object,and makes an empirical study on the reserve talent training chain of Traditional Basketball Schools in Hefei by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Hefei traditional basketball school reserve talent training activity chain(1)Basic activities:The different comprehensive strength of schools at different stages leads to the imbalance of talent reception.The objects of talent reception are mainly low-level traditional basketball school students,supplemented by ordinary school students;In terms of the measures for athletes’ cultural learning in primary,junior and high schools,the cultural education of athletes in most schools is the same as that of ordinary students;Most of the training places for athletes are in schools;The number of athletes participating in high-level competitions in each stage is less,and the sports level of athletes is low on the whole;The talent transfer direction of primary school and junior middle school is within the education system,that is,the traditional basketball schools and ordinary schools at the upper level.The talent transfer direction of senior high school is mainly colleges and universities.(2)Support resources:The funding sources of Traditional Basketball Schools at all stages are less,mainly relying on the school’s independent funding,and the venue facilities still need to be improved;The scientific research foundation is relatively weak;Most of the school coaches at all stages are part-time PE teachers of the school,and the training of coaches needs to be strengthened;The competition resources are relatively rich,covering all stages,but high-level competitions are strict for athletes and teams.3.longitudinal chain:Hefei traditional basketball school has a relatively complete vertical chain of training reserve talents in the system,which is reflected in the fact that the reception and output of talents are within the system;The vertical chain break outside the system is reflected in the lack of connection with other systems to receive and output talents.4.horizontal chain:The horizontal chain of reserve talents training inside and outside the system of Hefei traditional basketball schools is unbalanced and broken,which is reflected in the following aspects: the Traditional Basketball Schools in the primary,junior and senior stages and their schools in the same stage have less communication in basic activities and support resources;There is also a lack of contact with other systems at the same stage.The suggestions based on the problems investigated are:1.relevant departments should formulate relevant policies to guide and promote the orderly flow of basic activities in the reserve talent activity chain of Hefei traditional basketball school;Centralize and integrate the advantages of each school to promote the relative balance between the traditional basketball schools.2.each traditional basketball school should strengthen the understanding of the identity of its athletes,formulate teaching plans and contents that are in line with the reserve talents of Traditional Basketball Schools,and mitigate the negative impact of the lack of cultural courses on athletes.3.Hefei traditional basketball school should strengthen the contact and communication with higher and lower level schools and other basketball reserve talents training subjects,and adjust the objectives and implementation measures of reserve talents training in Traditional Basketball Schools in combination with the reserve talents demand of higher level training subjects and the feedback of lower level training subjects.4.according to the concept of sharing,unified coordination and openness,schools and systems at all stages should establish effective vertical,horizontal,internal and external links in the activity resources,promote mutual exchanges,point to area,so as to enhance the training competitiveness of reserve talents of Hefei Traditional Basketball Schools.
