With the development of teacher professionalism,teachers have proposed higher requirements,especially for teachers' prerequisite subject knowledge.Therefore,pre-service teachers act in-service teachers' reserve force.Pre-service teachers have been receiving more and more attention and along comes the added emphasis on the educational work enacted upon the pre-service teachers.But there is a serious lack concerning the mastery of mathematical culture in math teachers.Mathematical culture is the most important component of mathematics,it can be said that it is the essence where mathematics lays.Henceforth,this paper mainly researches on the course content of mathematical cultural development.The primary purpose of this paper is to develop mathematical culture knowledge for pre-service math teachers,for the purpose of furthering amd increasing the knowledge reserve of pre-service teachers and to also lay a solid foundation for the development of teachers'profession.The main research matters for this paper are as listed:1.What is the basis of the development of mathematical culture course content?2.What is the specific content for the development of mathematical culture course content?3.Course developers' own development circumstances.The main research methods adopted in this paper are the reference,interview and personal case methods.This paper lists several opinions:The study of Mathematical culture cannot simply begin from colleges and univerisities.In order to truly infuse it in the entirety of the individual learning process,especially in the secondary school phase.The development of mathematical culture course content will not only serve as a pre-service teacher studying textbook,it can also be used by in-service teachers and math enthusiasts to learn mathematical culture and finally to truly walk into Maths.
