With the development of economy,the progress of science and technology,the globalization brought about by the globalization of the ideological and cultural exchanges and collisions,as well as domestic reform and opening up the economic structure brought about by the transformation,making the modern social values show a diversified trend.Social,political,economic and cultural changes also made our school moral education encounter to face new problems,new challenges and new contradictions.The environment is the foundation of the formation and structure of human thought and morality.Therefore,the moral education in modern schools should proceed from the optimization of moral education environment,solving the problem of moral education and improving the moral education.With the concept of ecological world view of moral education,with the theory of connection,the system of thinking about the current school moral environment exists the problem is accurate.It is because of the past school moral education environment,the ecological system of fracture and stagnation caused by school moral education inefficient.It can be found that the ecological crisis of school moral environment exists: the fragmentation and stagnation of school moral education,the vacancy and hypocrisy of school moral education,the convergence and loss of students’ personality,the opposition and indifference of teacher-student relationship.The reason lies in the misunderstanding of the inherent concept of narrow moral education,the breakage of the relationship between the internal and external moral environment of the school,the imbalance of the environmental ecological system within the school,and the deviation of the status and function of the teachers and students.Therefore,it should be based on the relevant methodology of ecology as a guide,establishing a people-oriented,sustainable development of moral education,adhering to the principle of unity of human nature and science,the principle of unity of dynamic and systematic,the principle of reunification of history and development.Realizing the reform of school moral education,not only to change the moral education goals,moral content,moral education,moral education management,teachers and students should also be changed.Not only to build a comprehensive and coordinated environment of moral education,but also to optimize the co-symbiotic school moral education environment,through the overall coordination and balance of youth growth environment,and ultimately improving the effectiveness of school moral education to achieve the full moral personality of young people.
