"Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program(Trial)" clearly pointed out that "to play the role of evaluation to promote students' development,teachers to improve and improve the teaching practice." Classroom teaching is the main front of the implementation of evaluation activities,evaluation is embedded in the classroom teaching activities.Teachers' evaluation and accomplishment is an important part of teachers' professional accomplishment.It is necessary to improve the professional skills of novice teachers in order to determine the intrinsic needs of novice teachers' professional development orientation.September 2016,the state announced the development of Chinese students,the core of the quality of students should have the ability and quality to make a more comprehensive summary of the teacher as a student development promoters,the evaluation of students directly affect the direction and extent of development of all aspects of students,This presents a new challenge for teachers' classroom teaching evaluation.Enthusiastic teacher participation in evaluation reform is one of the ways to implement the core development of students.This paper draws lessons from the research results at home and abroad,starting from the evaluation concept of "promoting student development",and presents the theoretical basis of the novice teacher's classroom teaching evaluation literacy research,and constructs the teacher's teaching and evaluation According to the first-hand information of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper concludes that the novice teachers' classroom teaching evaluation accomplishment has no understanding of the evaluation idea,lack of evaluation knowledge and evaluation ability.In order to compare the real stateand the state of the state,structure is not balanced and so on;from the teacher education pre-service training,induction education and on-the-job practice and training and other coherent convergence of different stages of different aspects of the novice teacher classroom teaching evaluation of the causes of the problem.Teacher education pre-service training,induction education and on-the-job practice and training with continuity and integration characteristics,to effectively enhance the novice teacher's classroom teaching evaluation of quality,to do pre-service training in the emphasis on the actual enrichment of the evaluation theory courses,Pay attention to the exchange of communication and reflection,standardize the evaluation criteria for interns;induction education emphasis on the cultivation of teacher evaluation of the quality of the post-service should be multi-party efforts to promote novice teachers to raise the quality of evaluation,optimize the social evaluation environment,the school to provide relevant support environment,We should carry out the new concept of "promoting education",make full use of the evaluation of "driving force",update the evaluation knowledge structure,and gradually improve the ability of classroom teaching evaluation,and truly improve the evaluation of practical activities.
