The views on reform process of Classroom assessment are different because ofthe different concerns. Different function of classroom assessment needs differentperspective. Research concerned teaching character is to improve teaching behavior;Research concerned result is to analyze process; Research concerned becominglooks teaching and evaluating as a whole, which promotes reform and developmentfrom all aspects. Different functional needs reflect different value. Function formanagement, services or development needs the future direction of the researchperspective, research should be new growing point of teaching and evaluation, thiscan be called research like classroom assessment. Classroom evaluation as researchis to understand students’ state, student resources, shortcoming through evaluation inthe overall context. The integration of evaluation and teaching is to promote reformand development of classroom teaching and learning.Classroom assessment as research is a new concept, but also a practice. Thisarticle studies classroom assessment from the view of teachers’ professional quality.Research by an overview of classroom assessment and the current quality of theteaching profession proposes future development of professional knowledge ofteachers under the trend of new ideas, which includes basic concept, professionalethics and expertise. On this basis, this study through classification, analysis,examination papers analysis and evaluation of the activities of two kinds ofevaluation design and implementation of evaluation activities proposes reference ofprofessional evaluation quality.
