New curriculum reform is the inevitable requirement of social development,the core of its concept is to promote the development of students.The main content is teachers' change of traditional teaching mode and concept.The new educational thought believes that the demand of students' development is the basis of curriculum,students are the master in the classroom,teachers are auxiliary.The new curriculum reform thinks that curriculum not only requires students to master knowledge,but also is the experience of students' learning activities and master experience,it is the process of teachers and students to explore new knowledge together.Teaching activities must respect the students' existing knowledge and experience,advocate independent,cooperative,inquiry learning mode,let students participate in teaching,let the classroom full of innovative vitality;The teaching process should be regarded as the interactive process of teacher-student communication and common development,realize the conversion of teacher role,and realize the integration of curriculum and teaching.Therefore,the junior high school curriculum is not only the source of students' learning,but also the important learning experience of teachers and students.In this situation,the middle school language classroom must take the teacher's guidance as the main line,students actively explore,active participation,active development for the purpose of classroom teaching reform.Group cooperative learning is to integrate the principle of social psychology cooperation into the teaching,cooperative learning group as the basic form of teaching mode.This teaching mode,taking learning group as the basic unit,emphasizes the function of interpersonal relationship for cognitive development.Based on the students' original knowledge structure and cognitive structure,teachers take student learning group as the important driving force,through guiding group members to carry out cooperative inquiry activities,can enhance students' collaborative consciousness,play the positive function of group,improve the ability of students' independent inquiry problem,achieve the purpose of specific teaching task.It has changed the information source of teachers'monopoly of the whole class and students are in the passive position,thus stimulating the initiative and creativity of the students,and therefore it is full play.This teaching model,accepted by teachers and students,has become one of the important teaching organizations in China.Driven by the new curriculum reform,liaoyuan city experimental middle school since 2014,with the promotion of school and the guidance of the concept of new curriculum reform,many teachers began to explore the application of group cooperative learning teaching methods.Especially in Chinese subjects,significant results have been achieved.The Chinese teachers of this school take the cooperative learning group as the basic form,the system uses the interaction between the dynamic factors in the teaching,promotes the students' study,achieves the teaching goal of the teaching activities by the group achievements as the evaluation standard.Most of the team members have mastered the method of communicating with other team members to enhance mutual learning ability.However,there are still some students can not adapt to the group cooperation to explore the way of knowledge,cooperative learning effect is not ideal.Even,individual students use group cooperative learning,the effect is not as traditional teaching methods.Therefore,it is necessary to study the problem,through the liaoyuan city experimental middle school teachers and students to issue questionnaires,interviews,and other practical investigations to understand and analyze the status of their language group cooperative learning,find the advantages and disadvantages of this school teaching methods.It is helpful to find a more scientific and perfect learning model to improve the classroom learning effect.
