People expect to achieve self worth in the work,but often not necessarily a balance between effort and reward.Especially some jobs,pay is individuality,return is a collective;Giving is timely,return is postponed.And this imbalance caused by the psychological gap may also lead to job burnout.Teachers since ancient times is passing on "ended.candles burn" dedication,based on the working characteristics of the teachers,this study will explore organizational justice in the high pay of teachers' work-low returns and may effect between job burnout.This paper adopts the method of empirical research,primary and secondary school teachers in hunan area as investigation object,and USES the paper questionnaire and fill in two ways,online questionnaires out of 450,recycling effective questionnaire 352,through SPSS20.0 for data analysis.The main draw the following conclusion:(1)Classroom teachers' job burnout are higher than the other teachers.(2)The primary and secondary school teachers effort-reward imbalances had different gender,teaching age,male teachers higher than that of female teachers,and under 5 years of teaching teachers is lower than other teaching age paragraph;The teacher in charge on the overload score higher than the teacher.(3)The primary and secondary school teachers and the dimensions of organizational justice in any teaching period are differences,primary school teachers is higher than middle school teachers.(4)The primary and secondary school teachers of overload(excessive input)and effort-reward imbalances have positive prediction function on job burnout.(5)Effort-Reward Imbalance between organizational justice and the primary and secondary school teachers' job burnout in partial intermediary role,indicates that organizational justice is an antecedent to the imbalance of the effort-reward.
