PCK is about the subject of teaching knowledge.It is a process of integrating and transforming teachers' knowledge in educational practice,integrating knowledge of educational content,knowledge of educational objects and knowledge of teaching methods together.In order to deepen the research on the PCKS of kindergarten teachers,this paper takes the scientific observation activities in kindergarten science field as an example,and takes the case study method to try to analyze the case teacher's science in the field of preschool education.Observe the status of the activities of knowledge and its influencing factors,and make some suggestions.The study found that the case teacher basically mastered the knowledge of scientific observation activities but there was a partial lack of scientific observation activities,knowledge structure is not balanced.Among them,the teaching method of scientific observation activities is the most abundant,followed by knowledge about early childhood observation,and scientific observation content is relatively weak.On the basis of this,the researcher analyzes the main factors that affect the knowledge formation of teachers 'scientific observation activities.The individual characteristics of teachers are the internal motivations that influence the formation of scientific observation activities.Teachers' daily science education teaching practice is the influence Teachers are the key factors in the scientific observation of the activities of knowledge;kindergarten to provide scientific education practice and training opportunities are the external factors that affect the knowledge of teachers' scientific observation activities.In order to further promote the formation and development of kindergarten teachers' scientific observation activities,the researchers put forward some suggestions: enrich their own scientific observation activities practice,generate knowledge of scientific observation activities;strengthen professional learning,enrich scientific knowledge of knowledge;enhance their ability to reflect,Knowledge of scientific observation activities.
