As an universal language of the world,English's proliferation can not be neglected in the past decades of rapid economic globalization.But with the popularization of English education,more and more high school students' English-output problems emerged,such as oral output and writing output.To some extent,the students' ability of English-output is restricted by students' emotional and psychological factors.After the concept of psychological linguistics was put forward by Swain(1985),more and more educators tried to solve the problem of English learning from the psychological bases.Therefore,this study will analyze the problem of Chinese's English oral expression and textual competence from the perspective of psycholinguistics,explore effective methods and countermeasures to solve the problems of high school students' English output,and attempt to improve the actuality of students' English-output difficulties to the maximum.This study chooses two classes in Wuhou Middle School in Shaanxi Province as research object,and this study will use the methods of questionnaire investigation,classroom test,and interviewing.By a whole semester's observation and research,it found several psychological problems existing in the high school English class: 1.Students' efforts are far from the expected results;2.Linguistic environment restricts students' learning emotions and enthusiasm;3.Individual emotional factors can lead to English output obstacles.Through the output problem analysis from above,this study divides practice into three steps: the effectiveness of students' language output process,the forming practice of students' English learning motivation system and English output motivation system,and the forming practice of students' comprehensible language output.Through each step's practice and analysis,it provides the basis for this study's conclusion.This study assumes that the students' English learning attitudes and their mental states are the basis of an effective English class,and summarizes three basic English classroom-teaching concepts which are based on psychological linguistics: 1.Value the effectiveness of the language output process,and design teaching procedures by considering the students' acceptance,learning habits and learning regularity;2.Make the concept of developing the students' individual English-learning output system throughout the English classroom-teaching,let the students aware of their class-host status,and build up students' confidence in positive English-learning sequentially;3.Value the intelligibility of the students' linguistic output,attach the great importance to students' output-practice,and solve the students' output problems eventually.
