During the period of social transition,a large number of farmers migrate into the cities for working,meanwhile large numbers of their children migrate for study.To discuss about the adaption of junior high school students who are children of migrant workers,the identity integration of mainstream cultural(city identity)and the root cultural(rural identity),and the development results of their identity integration,for the perspective of population composition,in the discussion of children of migrant workers study in different population composition state,the identity integration effect on the development of the situation.This study adopts questionnaire survey method,the identity integration of children of migrant workers,and the identity integration effect on self-esteem,peer acceptance and academic achievement were investigated in this study to the identity integration as independent variables,self-esteem,peer acceptance and academic achievement of three development results as the dependent variable,and the moderator the population structure of class structure and class and school integration effects on development results in identity discussion.In this study,the participants were 612 children from three ordinary public junior high schools from Changchun,Songyuan and Yinchuan.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the more harmonious the integration status of the children,the lower the scores,the higher the correlation between the children's self-esteem,peer acceptance and academic achievement.(2)class structure plays a moderating role in the influence of identity integration on self-esteem,peer acceptance and academic achievement.Suiqian children's classes,Suiqian children class structure is small,i.e.Suiqian children accounted for in class proportion is low,relative will identity integration and self esteem,peer acceptance and academic achievement of higher.(3)class structure and school structure play an interactive role in the relationship between identity integration and self-esteem,peer acceptance and academic achievement.From this article we can get a conclusion that,children of migrant workers studing in city,need special attention to children's identity integration,especially when they are in smaller composition of the classroom or school,because in this case the children's identity to their integration the development has greater effect to their developmental outcome.
