Research On The Influencing Mechanism Of Migrant Workers' Group Self-esteem In The Perspective Of Cultivating Positive Social Mentality

Since China advocated building a socialist harmonious society,the Sixth Plenary Session of the 16 th Central Committee of the CPC,the 12 th Five-Year Plan of the CPC,the 13 th Five-Year Plan of the CPC,the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the 19 th National Congress of the CPC and other important national conferences and documents have stressed the need to strengthen the cultivation of positive social mentality,which shows that the state attaches great importance to the cultivation of social mentality.At present,the migrant workers accounts for about one-fifth of the national population.Migrant workers are increasingly becoming an important part of the city and play an important role in social and economic development.The social mentality of migrant workers is an important part of the national social mentality.The social mentality of migrant workers,especially the study of group self-esteem,is relatively lacking.The self-esteem and self-confidence of the migrant workers group,which is one-fifth of the national population,is an important part of the cultivation of positive and upward social mentality.It can be seen that the self-esteem and self-confidence of the migrant workers group is imminent.In order to examine the group self-esteem,social support,sense of acquisition,social sentiment,status of urban identity,and the influence mechanism and promotion strategy of migrant workers' self-esteem,this study used group self-esteem scale,social support scale,and obtained sensitivity scale.The social sentiment scale and the urban identity scale measure migrant workers.The results show that: 1.The self-esteem and positive social sentiment of migrant workers are at a high level,and the social support,sense of acquisition,and urban identity of migrant workers are at a medium level.2.There are gender differences in the sense of acquisition,social sentiment and urban identity of migrant workers.Women are higher than men;social support,urban identity and group self-esteem of migrant workers have different marital status,and married people are significantly higher than unmarried migrant workers;migrant workers The social support,the sense of acquisition,and the urban identity differ in whether or not the only child is born.The social support and group self-esteem of the non-only child are significantly higher than that of the only child.The sense of acquisition and urban identity of the only child is significantly higher than that of the non-only child.Social support,sense of acquisition,social sentiment,urban identity and group self-esteem have differences in the number of children;indicating that migrant workers' sense of acquisition,social sentiment,urban identity and group self-esteem are different in birth age;migrant workers' sense of acquisition,social sentiment and group self-esteem There are differences in the level of education;there are income differences in the social support and social sentiment of migrant workers;there are significant occupational differences in social support,acquisition,social sentiment,urban identity and group self-esteem of migrant workers;social support,social sentiment,and urbanization of migrant workers Identity and group self-esteem come to the city working hours The difference between length and length.3.The structural equation model of the impact mechanism of migrant workers' self-esteem is well fitted.In the mechanism of self-esteem of migrant workers,social support and social emotion have a direct and significant positive impact on group self-esteem.Urban identity is indirectly through social support and social emotion.The positive positive impact on group self-esteem,only the sense of gain on the group's self-esteem is not significant enough.4.The promotion strategies of migrant workers' self-esteem mainly include raising the income of migrant workers and enhancing the sense of migrant workers;improving social security,promoting social equity,improving the identification of migrant workers,improving mental health services,and regulating the social sentiment of migrant workers.
