With the advent of the information age, the society has a more demand for the skill of information technology of students. In order to follow the pace of the times and improve the students' ability of information technology, the subject of information technology has been admitted to the examination subjects in Hebei province. In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet technology,"micro-lectures" emerged as a new teaching mode. At the same time, educational games,a new way of information education,are not only supported by many educators, but also favored by many learners. WeChat, a mobile social application software,has also been gradually changing the study and life of middle school students.How to dig the teaching value of WeChat platform, how to carry out the game learning through mobile phone and how to design an educational game based on the WeChat platform, these questions have been the foothold and starting point of this paper.This study started with the literature, with the questionnaire survey, to find the problems existing in the teaching of information technology, the research status of the subject, the function of the WeChat public platform and the value of the educational game. Then, this paper elaborated the relevant concept of micro lectures, fragmented learning and mobile learning, which uses cognitive load theory, constructivism theory and game theory as the theoretical basis. Finally, according to the present teaching situation of information technology and the problems senior high school entrance examination are-faced with, this paper makes micro video, and releases it to the WeChat public platform to facilitate students learning anytime and anywhere, and designs educational games based on Wechat public platform, so as to improve the learning effect.Through preliminary investigation, designing of education games, and eventually pushing micro lectures related to examination information technology by WeChat platform. Through researching, it is feasible to stimulate students' interest in learning by the way of breakthrough training,so as to make it easier for students to learn information technology courses. This requires educators to work together with the game designers, to make the boring study life of the learners become more lively,interesting and colorful.
