Research purposes:Found in previous studies,and in the incremental load to exhaustion in the body the reactive oxygen species(ROS)index exists spurt,and exploding point concentration changes with the intensity of exercise load reaches a certain relationship,the generation of reactive oxygen species and eliminate the imbalance within the body,ROS exploding point.Therefore,the research on the laws of the active oxygen index change within the body of oxidative damage monitoring has important application value.In this paper,as part of the team is the research content,only the heart,liver,kidney,lung tissue.Through the training group compared with training group rats,to verify the internal organs(heart,liver,kidney,lung)ROS threshold the objectivity of existence,and observe two groups of rats in the complete the same conditions of exhaustion,the visceral ROS threshold,the phenomenon of the backward,provide experimental evidence for delve into its internal mechanism.Research methods:Will be 42 male wistar rats were divided into two groups: E1 without training group,a total of 18,it can be divided into 6 subgroups,each group of three;E2 training group,a total of 24,it can be divided into eight subgroups,each group of three.E1 group only for ten minutes at a time of fitness swimming,before two days,E2 group of swimming training for3 weeks.At the end of the swimming training,two groups of the same increasing load swimming experiment in rats.E1 complete level 6 incremental load swimming exercise(per load level 3 rats),starting with no load,every 5 minutes interval increasing loading level,the increase in the average weight of rats by 1%,8 rats E2 group increasing load swimming exercise(per load level 3 rats),starting with no load,increasethe load time between the same as the load and E1 group.Two groups of rats after finish exercise load per level,respectively take its heart,liver,kidney,lung,processing after cryopreservation,and then according to the MDA and ROS kit for test index.The results of the study:(1)of two groups of different levels in the rat heart,liver,kidney ROS indicators are turning points,E1 group rats the visceral organs of hydrogen peroxide,MDA level five target load is 4 load has significant difference(P 0.01)or less,E2 group rats a visceral organs,hydrogen peroxide,MDA index the seventh is the sixth load has significant difference(P0.01)or less,but the two groups of rats lung hydrogen peroxide,MDA indexes has not been a turning point;(2)of two groups of different levels in the rat heart,liver,kidney of ROS indicators appear in different phase,a training group rats ROS index inflection point appeared later than without training rats.Research conclusions:(1)E1 and E2 group rats internal organs(heart,liver,kidney)ROS threshold of objective existence.(2)the improvement of training cause delayed ROS threshold,is likely to be training could improve the ability of muscle cells mitochondrial oxidation power and ability of antioxidant system.(3)the lung tissue MDA and H2O2 did not appear a turning point,with the other three difference in antioxidant capacity of the internal organs.
