The development of new teaching modes,such as MOOC,SPOC and flipped classroom,has provided a platform for the students acrossing the surface learning and achieve the deep learning.With the change of teaching modes,the teacher's role has also changed.At present,teachers play several roles in SPOC course teaching,not only the curriculum developers,resource designers,event organizers,but also supervisors,guides and mentors of students' learning.Multiple role tasks and busy teaching services take a lot of time and effort from the teachers.This leads to the fact that the teacher's feedback on the student questions is not timely,the guidance of interactive communication is not deep and so on.In view of the current situation,it's a good idea to promote the students' deep learning through the facilitator group.With the guidance of a teacher,peer tutor can adopt the effective learning support strategies to promote the students to enter the deep learning.This paper focuses on the research of the SPOC facilitator group's promoting students' deep learning.The specific contents include the following three parts.(1)Combing the existing research related deep learning,facilitator and SPOC,while sorting out the theoretical knowledge of the facilitator group and deep learning.(2)This paper analyzes the construction methods of the SPOC facilitator group.The main steps include clarifying the responsibilities of the facilitator group,identifying the assistant instructor,establishing a discriminating assessment index system for competency of facilitator,selecting the peer tutors,determining how support activity will be carried out,and formulating a reward mechanism for facilitators.(3)Centering on the deep learning link of SPOC curriculum,this paper puts forward a strategic model that facilitator group help students to study in depth.It provides learning support services for students from four aspects of academic,cognition,emotion and technology,and carries out research on the implementation of the strategy method.Through the practical study on the SPOC platform,it's found that the learning support of facilitator group can improve students' participation,promote the community's depth understanding of the knowledge,enhance the depth interaction among students and develop their high-order thinking ability.
