Since the rise of MOOC online learning the more popular with the students, students’ learning way is becoming more and more tend to digital, intelligent network. Rich teaching resources for students’ learning effects and learning process of a new type of experience, but the single teaching mode and learning style, high dropout rates, pay less attention to student’s individualized learning and inquiry learning problems occur. Scholars have discussed the measures, which appeared in the "MOOC period after the" new type of online teaching mode SPOC, reasonable supplement MOOC defects. SPOC is MOOC with organic combination of traditional classroom, SAN Jose, California state university teaching model adopted SPOC experiment, compared with the traditional teaching model, students 5% higher than that of the final exam, students passing rate increased from 59% to 91%.Then there are a lot of colleges and universities to carry out in succession the SPOC courses, these colleges and universities through the experiment proved that the SPOC teaching courses, to increase its students to join in the course of time, improve the quality of teaching, at the same time because of high quality can use MOOC teaching contents and immediate feedback automatic scoring system to reduce the cost of education.In order to further improve the quality of learning, to promote all-round development of students, the study found that in the learning process of SPOC through the guidance of scientific and effective learning evaluation to motivate learners is a good way. But at present, the learning evaluation of SPOC hasn’t a systematic study of SPOC learning evaluation in the way of design, most of the teachers use SPOC is to supplement the knowledge of classroom learning content, only a small part of the teachers in the use of SPOC teaching, will be combined with the online student performance and test scores at ordinary times together to assess the students’ comprehensive performance, but the evaluation is relatively shallow, does not have a systematic SPOC learning evaluation is designed, so the teachers in the process of courses in SPOC comprehensive understanding and can be used to evaluate the learner’s learning situation, improve the quality of learning, how to effective evaluation of learning effect also has many problems.This study through the analysis of the characteristics of SPOC learners and teaching and learning evaluation, design factors affecting SPOC learning evaluation results of questionnaire, through the analysis of factors in the validation, mutual inspection, then apply the principal component analysis to extract the main factors, reliability analysis of seven major factors, reference 3 d learning objectives, establish the SPOC learning evaluation indicators, as well as the related teachers and experts in the questionnaire survey, get the index weight, with analytic hierarchy process(AHP) software Yaahp finally, the result of the survey calculation finally determine the index weight at all levels, forming SPOC learning evaluation index system, including the SPOC learning process assessment indicators and the results evaluation index. Student course grade comprehensive process and result score students course final grade. Finally this study set up Sichuan Normal University "C Language Program and Design" SPOC courses, practice, use SPOC to learn the evaluation index system of the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for calculation of student achievement, practice process after the student’s final grade, study this result feedback, improve the quality of learning of students.
